Assorted materials relating to the Black Youth Action Council of Cobb County, of whom Hugh Grogan was the president. These materials highlight several events held by the council such as the Summer Youth Festival and a performance of "The Life of a King" as well as correspondence between the Council and Kennesaw State University (then Kennesaw Junior College).
