Description
Cetificate reads: "Certificate of Ordination, Bro. Marion Thomas having been chosen as a man 'of good report, full of the Spirit and of wisdom,' and capable of using the office well, was set apart publicly to the office and work of Deacon, by Cole Street Baptist Church at Marietta, Georgia on the nineteenth day of July, 1964. [Signed] M.J. Woods, Clerk, and Rev. Otis B. Burnett, Jr., Pastor."
