Oral history interview with Joe B. Gabriel conducted by Dr. Thomas A. Scott.
Description
This interview is part of the Cobb County Oral History Series. Joe B. Gabriel worked at Bell Aircraft Corporation during the 1940s and at Lockheed Aircraft Corporation during the 1950s. In the early 1950s, Gabriel was one of the Lockheed employees contracted to fly abandoned WWII B-29 Bomber planes from Texas to Marietta.
