The Five Eras of Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) is a documentary that chronicles the university's history by unfolding a rich heritage and stories of its faculty, staff, and students on screen. The film looks at the school's founding as The Technical Institute in 1948, and its journey through its changes to Southern Technical Institute, Southern College of Technology, and Southern Polytechnic State University. SPSU and Kennesaw State University consolidated to form university with two campuses in 2015.
