Abstract
Claude Edwin Chandler was born in Cobb County and has spent most of his 101 years in Cherokee County. He grew up on a farm. He has taught school, run a business, helped found the Bank of Woodstock, served as the Mayor of Woodstock and the Cherokee County tax assessor, and held various other positions during his career.
